Welcome to Hunter Travel. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and any travel planning, booking, or advisory services we provide. By using our site or booking services with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Hunter Travel ("we," "us," "our") is a travel planning company that helps clients plan and book cruises, vacations, and travel across the world. We act as an intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers — cruise lines, hotels, airlines, tour operators, and similar providers.
2. Our role
We plan and coordinate travel on your behalf. When you book through us, your actual travel arrangements (flights, cruises, hotels, excursions, etc.) are provided by third-party suppliers, not by Hunter Travel directly. Those suppliers have their own terms, conditions, and cancellation policies, which apply to your booking in addition to these Terms.
3. Quotes, bookings, and payment
- Quotes provided by Hunter Travel are estimates and are not confirmed until payment is received and the booking is confirmed with the relevant supplier.
- Prices for flights, cruises, hotels, and other travel components are set by third-party suppliers and are subject to change until booked and paid in full.
- Payment terms, deposit amounts, and final payment due dates will be provided at the time of booking and vary by supplier and trip.
4. Cancellations, changes, and refunds
- Cancellation and refund policies are set by the third-party suppliers (cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators), not by Hunter Travel. These policies vary and will be shared with you at the time of booking.
- Any planning fees paid directly to Hunter Travel are [refundable / non-refundable; refer back to your actual policy] once planning services have begun.
- We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or other disruptions. We can help you review options, but the decision to purchase insurance is yours.
5. Our responsibility
Hunter Travel makes reasonable efforts to select reputable suppliers and to plan trips accurately based on the information you provide. However, we are not responsible for:
- Acts, errors, omissions, delays, or cancellations caused by third-party suppliers
- Weather, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, health emergencies, or other events outside our control ("force majeure")
- Losses arising from information you provide to us that is inaccurate or incomplete (e.g., passport details, travel dates, traveler names)
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunter Travel's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the planning fees paid to us directly, and does not extend to the cost of the underlying travel arrangements booked with third parties.
6. Travel documents and requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other travel documents required for your destination. We're happy to advise, but final responsibility for meeting entry requirements rests with the traveler.
7. Website use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, copy, or reproduce our content without permission. All content on this site including text, images, and branding is owned by Hunter Travel or used with permission, unless otherwise noted.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of your booking applies to your transaction.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
